How to Start a Return or Exchange
For all exchange and return requests, please contact our client services team to initiate your request. We will respond with next steps and a return label.
Return Center Guidelines
Please follow all instructions provided by our return center to ensure efficient processing.
- Photo Requirements
- Submitted images must clearly display the product as instructed. Unclear or unrelated images will result in a denial of your request.
- Condition of Items
- Returns will be denied if items are untagged, stained, or visibly worn. Approval is at the discretion of our customer service team.
- Exchanges & Availability
- If your desired size is unavailable in our Returns Center, it is currently out of stock. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to restock all sizes promptly.
- One Exchange Policy
- Each order qualifies for one exchange only. If a second exchange is needed, you must return the item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size.
General Rules on Orders
Important
You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange. Once approved and a return label is generated, you must ship your return back to us within 7 days. Returns not shipped in this timeframe will be canceled.

Apparel Return & Exchange Terms
All apparel is eligible for exchange only. Refunds are issued solely for defective items — buyer's remorse does not qualify for a refund.
Fees at a Glance
- Restocking fee
- Mandatory 7% on all exchanges to cover intake, inspection, and processing.
- Return label
- $10.00 USD required on all returns.
- Untagged merchandise
- Not eligible for return. If accepted, a $5.00 fee is deducted from the refund.
- Worn or stained returns
- Subject to a mandatory $5.00 fee.
International Order Policy
Final Sale
All international orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Orders without a phone number at checkout may be subject to cancellation.
Blacklist & Fraudulent Activity
We are driven to offer the best service to our customers, but we reserve the right to ban or restrict customers from future purchases if they engage in the following:
- Misuse of returns & chargebacks. Customers who repeatedly abuse our return system may be blacklisted at our customer service team’s discretion.
- Fraudulent chargebacks. Will result in a permanent ban from ordering with us.
- False reviews & misrepresentation. Intentionally false reviews are strictly prohibited. If a false or misleading review is verified, the customer will be blacklisted.
